For most of my life, I found myself entangled in belief systems that weren't truly mine, oblivious to the extent to which they held me back. I allowed circumstances and the opinions of others to dictate my choices, inadvertently becoming a victim of my own existence. It took hitting rock bottom to finally realize that I couldn't continue down this self-destructive path. It was at that pivotal moment that I embarked on a journey of profound self-discovery and introspection, challenging and dismantling my beliefs. Through this intense inner work, I emerged as a transformed individual, now living a life I once considered unimaginable.

My path was riddled with challenges and hurdles, each of which tested my resilience and determination. I battled an eating disorder, depression, burnout, a lack of self-confidence and trauma. These experiences, while incredibly challenging, have shaped me into the resilient and empowered individual I am today, capable of conquering any obstacle life throws my way and paving the path for others to transform themselves as well.
